There's no way you will find a better Taekwondo instructor and school. FC stands for family connection and that is what you will experience. My son has been part of the family for 2 years. The training and competitions have built his confidence and leadership skills. Aside from martial arts, the school offers physical training and discipline. Mr. Acosta truly cares about his students and is dedicated to their success.

Absolutely loved the afterschool program. Very affordable & loved that transportation was provided. My boys had so much fun & learned many things. They love Coach Taylor & Isaiah & they will truly be missed!
My son takes classes here and his confidence, stamina, and determination have grown by leaps and bounds. The coach makes sure each student is given the instruction and encouragement they need, while also pushing them to do their very best.
My 7 Year old son wasn't interested in nothing. I took him to Iron Do Jo to see if he'd like it and found out he enjoyed it. He haven't been there long but it opened him up to do other spots. He not only do taekwondo now he plays football as well. Thank you Iron Do Jo!!!
Awesome dojo. Plenty of mat space and instructors are high quality. My kids love being here and they're only getting better. They're adding MMA and other programs for the little ones. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone trying to learn and instill a martial art that will benefit their children.
Great martial arts school! The instructors are skilled, patient, and make learning both fun and challenging. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a positive environment from the moment you walk in. The classes are well-structured, and there's a strong sense of community. Amazing people, coach’s, and owners. Very welcoming to us as we traveled through and opened their gym to us as if we were family. Highly recommend if your looking for a family atmosphere
I have a great appreciation for FC GreatTraining, where I practice Muay Thai. The atmosphere at the gym is exceptional, and the people are incredibly supportive and motivating. The community fosters an environment of growth, discipline, and camaraderie, making it a fantastic place to train and improve.
My daughter loves this place. She has been going for almost 2 months. And I've already seen a significant positive change in her confidence, attitude, and overall health. Tony works hard with the kids to help them be the best version of themselves. The dojo is very involved in the community and competition world. And the parents all work together too!!!
The owners (& their children) are extremely polite, kind, caring, & helpful! They seem focused on their students bettering themselves & being respectful, courteous, responsible, and showing an indomitable spirit.

Very knowledgeable staff. Family oriented, friendly, and welcoming. High quality establishment. Would recommend everyone to try them out from work out to learning a new style or martial arts they accommodate everything.
Grand Master Shepherd is great!!! Extremely knowledgeable. If your learning style is something different than the first way shown, he will then switch his learning style to a way that you can/will understand
